1. TO SPONSOR A CHILD
The scholar support is organised by ISEFAD in order to improve the ability of the children in our program of promotion of education at the base, and that of the girls in the primary education and secondary course (of the CP1 to the class of 3rd). Because our mission is to carry help to the children in need, ones given up, in distress, exploited, vanished, sick or who suffer.

2. TO MAKE A GIFT
ISEFAD collects gifts for poor children and women coming from any person of goodwill, institutions or organisations.

3. TO VOLUNTEER
ISEFAD is open to any person between 15 to 50 years, without difference in race, nationality, sex or religion, enjoying a good physical condition and who speak French, English and/or German.
A good morality is required by volunteers. They must have a group spirit and be willing to work for the development of medium, for environment, and specially for the well being of children and woman.
The cards of inscription and engagement duly filled and signed must arrive to ISEFAD by post or fax before it can be taken into account.
Volunteers need to pay their expenses of participation here in Ivory Coast (Côte d’Ivoire), before the beginning of the construction on the concerned site. The expenses are paid in exchange with the position in ISEFAD. These expenses cover the costs of structures, reception and transport, specially transport from home to the airport of Abidjan, from the airport to the town of Abidjan, the transport from Abidjan to the places of the construction site (outward journey and return), acomodation and food on the construction site, the purchase of the raw building materials for the realisation of certain construction sites, other trips and various (cultural events, reception…)
During 2, 3 or 4 week periods, the volunteers will have to work, prepare, eat and live together in a spirit of user-friendliness.

Organisation:
Each construction site of ISEFAD is organised by an organiser and
an co-organiser, who are having experience in group management.

Accommodation:
All volunteers will be placed in a house of the village, where the construction site is located. It is there, where they will eat their meals, will make their meetings and animations.

Meal:
The meals are prepared by the volunteers themselves. They are entitled to three meals per day: breakfast, lunch and dinner. The meals are composed of African and Western dishes.

Work and Leisure’s:
Work is collective and starts in the morning at 8 am. until 11:30 am., Monday to Friday. The afternoon will be reserved for talking debates on various topics in relation with the topic of the construction site. The volunteers can also benefit from the afternoon by exploring the city, the villages or the locality and the places of interest surrounding the place of the construction site.
The evenings will be reserved for artistic activities and cultural (traditional dances and songs, animations between campers…).
The weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will be days of rest or excursions on the places of interest of the area where the construction site is located.
