It is a specialized service which is open to any person concerned directly or indirectly with a situation of ill-treatment of child:
- a child up to 18 years
- a family of a child, near or widened
- any other person in the surroundings of the child

WHAT IS THE TEAM OF SECOURS-FEMMES (ESF)?

Following the example of the team "help-child" (ESE), the team
"help-woman" (ESF) deals well with woman in difficulty. It is laid out for any person concerned directly or indirectly with a case of disadvantaged woman, maltreated or in distress:
- a married woman or not married, without reference to origin.
- a family of the woman, near or widened
- Any other person in the surroundings of the woman
Like a place of reception, within a rescue squad, we listen to, take time to think of the situation of ill-treatment or difficulty and seek adequate solutions quickly.

WHAT CAN I FIND IN THE ORGANIZATION ISEFAD?

One opinion, a councilor or an orientation
A multi-field evaluation of the situation
A psychological and/or social support
A psychotherapeutic assumption of responsibility
A help for the child and the woman maltreated, or stripped.
One place to speak about the situation of ill-treatment and all the other problems which the child or the woman has.

Our actions aim at the same time, to support the most stripped children, to support their autonomy, by education, health, the psychosocial accompainment; and to assist the women in terrible difficulty in the society.

Persuaded that the solutions come from our frank collaboration with the societies themselves, we act on the mode of direct contact.

In each locality, we work narrowly with authorities. Because of our presence on the spot it makes possible to offer a true help of proximity. Thus together we manage to give a maximum of variation and effectiveness to the local actions, for the benefit of the children, desocialised orphans, and jobless without shelter, of the women, their families and their communities.
