4. Our teams:
- Central team is
based in Abidjan.
It is made up of 05 paid peole. This team has the role of guiding the programs of development,
recruitment, communication, administrative and financial management.
- Teams (of proximity):
On the ground, they are two kinds of teams, "help-children" and "help-women"
for professional missions, working on the spot.
- The voluntary teams,
who supplement us on all levels of our activities. With the central team,
they are in charge of administrative
tasks or the management of sponsorships. On the ground, they contribute
their share to the programs (building sites of solidarity in
villages and districts).
5. Finances of our organization
We are anxious to develop each frank CFA which is entrusted to us
directly by private individuals and other private funds or in
the forms of subsidies by the authorities. We make an effort thus
to contain our operating expenses at least so that the recipients
benefit fully from private and public generosity.
From whom do the funds come for ISEFAD?
The organization ISEFAD depends mainly on the generosity
of private individuals.
The support of the authorities is exerted mainly with the profit
of our actions. Thus, the various subsidies count much for the total
of our resources.
Where do the funds of ISEFAD go?
85% are devoted to the social missions
in the very poor localities or for work with people in distress.
15 % are spent for the search for funds and the operation of
ISEFAD.
How are our funds controlled?
1
- The accounts are kept by a countable cabinet and the Audit Office
is ensured by a law firm.
2 - The implementation and the follow-up of the budget are ensured
by the Management of ISEFAD under the control of the Treasurer
and the President.
3 - Each year the results and the budget are submitted for the approval
of the board of directors.
