There
are many ways from recognizing to acting out of responsibility or
conscience. Fot this one does not have to find a suitable place in
an existing organization, or create an organization.
Somebody who
does not set requirements to prefabricated structures, can discover
locally many possibilities. That can look in such a way that one
discovers on a journey an existing place, which needs one. Or also
that if one opens oneself during a journey to the living situation
of the area there, lives with simple people, with them in their
situation (not in lodging), then one becomes inevitably conscious
of their situation and finds new unknown tasks for that situation,
in which one can change much more and more genuinly something,
than in a place in an organization. Then one must naturally give
for this up ones own life for oneself, but receives another life
for it, which can be possessed as ones own.
Do we live for ourselves, or for the development of the world? For
creation? But only if we promote variety of the cultures, there can
be peace. Within the next years we will brobably extinguish about
90% of our cultures, ways of thinking and values.
We only need to act for positive change, why (for what) are we still waiting? Who does it if not we? Positive Change (Development) is the reason that life exists for, only if we become part of this change, our life makes sense, only then are we part of life, and then the force of life, which created everything, will become one with us.

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small doesn't serve the world. There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We are born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us, it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.
